Who runs CAIendar?
This website is operated by Mohamed Yehia, an individual based in Egypt. For questions about privacy or your information, email mohamed.yehia0895@gmail.com.
When you visit this website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Delivering and securing pages involves processing technical request information, such as your IP address, the page requested, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process security and operational information under its own policies.
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, a mailing list or a contact form. Images and fonts are served with the website. Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track you. Hosting security features may operate separately.
Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.
When you email us
The Contact Us link opens your email app. If you send an email, we receive the address, name, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and manage the conversation. Email is handled through Gmail and your email provider; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Please send only what is needed for your question. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, calendar exports or sensitive documents. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of correspondence by emailing the address above.
Storage and your choices
There is no website account or visitor database for you to delete. Email correspondence and hosting records are separate from the website files. Their storage and deletion depend on the service involved and any applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period or immediate removal from service backups.
You can browse without submitting a message. Your browser controls and your email provider’s settings also apply. Contact us to discuss a privacy concern or a request relating to information you have sent.
Children and international visitors
The website can be browsed without registering or submitting personal information. It does not ask for a date of birth or invite children to submit personal details. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us about its removal.
Visitors may access the website from different countries. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Egypt or your country. Access to this informational website does not establish eligibility for an app account in every country or at every age.
How app features use information
This section explains the app features described on this website. Visiting the website does not connect your calendar, upload an invitation or send anything to an AI service. App-specific release terms, eligibility and retention information will accompany the public app release.
- Account and calendar: Google/Firebase sign-in supplies account identifiers, email and profile information. Connecting Google Calendar allows primary-calendar information to be processed for browsing and meeting suggestions. The app keeps account-scoped local calendar data for browsing; backend records are separate.
- Drafts and invitation images: meeting text and selected invitation images are sent to OpenAI when you use the relevant interpretation feature. Images are processed to limit their size and remove metadata. Review extracted details before saving. Response storage is disabled in these requests, but this is not a promise of zero provider retention. See OpenAI’s data controls.
- Meetings and guests: plan details are shared with participants. Anyone who has a guest link can access its response flow, so share it carefully. Personal occasions are saved with private Google Calendar visibility and no attendees; Google still processes the event.
- Places and notifications: place searches use Geoapify. Firebase delivers notifications and processes delivery identifiers; notifications may include a participant’s display name. See Geoapify’s policy and Firebase’s privacy information.
- Optional discovery: consented email candidates from contacts or recent calendar attendees can be processed to find discoverable users. Discoverability is off by default. Sharing a connection request remains a separate action.
- App infrastructure: Cloudflare and Neon support backend processing and storage. Signing out clears account-scoped local data; it does not by itself erase backend records or external-service copies. Account deletion uses a separate cleanup process.
This website does not offer purchases or collect payment information. Subscription and app-release details will be updated when an offer is available.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website’s handling of information changes. The date above identifies this version. Questions are welcome at mohamed.yehia0895@gmail.com.
